Processing times

All  orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Allow  3 - 17 days for some international orders 

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Potential delays due to high volume orders or postal service / courier problems are outside our control.

 On pre ordered items, there may be delays due to production issues, usually because of the lack of staff due to sickness or waiting for product components; we only use very small manufacturers, mostly from the UK.

Orders from these postcodes and all remaining Scottish Islands will be charged £10 after the order is placed, via a payment link.
