A padded Aga hob cover that sits on top of the round, insulated chrome lid — woven, never printed, in Lancashire from organic and recycled yarns, exclusively for Maison Elhoria. One cover, in our Red Orange Pink stripe.

• Woven cloth, not printed — colour through the fabric, not sitting on top, so it will not fade or crack with washing

• Cotton woven in Lancashire from GOTS-certified organic and recycled yarns; insulated backing
• Care advice: wash cool and gentle, 30°C at most, low spin; pull into shape while damp and iron. The cotton settles slightly at first wash while the insulating layer does not — a good press puts everything right
